Instructions:

1. Cook the soya beans in a pan of boiling water for 5mins. Drain and cool. 2. Put the chorizo in a cold frying pan, then stir it over a medium heat for a few mins until it browns a little 3. Mix the beans, spring onions, tomatoes, dressing and Leerdammer Light 4. Sprinkle the chorizo over

  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped

  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tbsp low fat dressing

  • 2 slices Leerdamer Light, cut into thin strips
