Spiced chilli and Leerdammer cheese toastie
Makes 2 toasties
Ingredients
- 4 slices of white bread
- 50g butter, room temp
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 4 slices Leerdammer
- Coriander, to garnish
