1.Thinly butter the sliced bread. Divide the tomato chutney equally between the slices of bread, top with the cheese, ham and the remaining tomatoes. 2.Sandwich the slices together then lightly spread a little more butter on the outside of the slices. 3.Heat a large griddle pan or frying pan until hot. 4.Add the sandwiches two at a time and press down with a palette knife. 5.Cook over a medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning once until golden brown on the outside and the cheese is hot and melting inside. 6.To serve cut in two and add salad leaves.
