Tasty homemade chicken burger with Leerdammer

Signature Leerdammer Burger



Enjoy at:



1. Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat dry and cut into thin slices. Flavour with salt, pepper and paprika and roast in oil for 5 to 7 minutes. 2. Pat dry the sun dried tomatoes and cut into slices. Wash the rocket salad and warm up the hamburger buns in the oven, then coat both halves with fig mustard 3. To assemble, spread the leaves and sun dried tomatoes on the lower half of each bun. Add the chicken breast fillet to each and cover with Leerdammer Toastie slices. Place the upper half of the bun on top of the burger and serve


  • 4 chicken breast fillets

  • Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper

  • Paprika

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 60g sun dried tomatoes in oil

  • 50g rocket 4 hamburger buns

  • 4 tpsp fig mustard

  • 4 Leerdammer Toastie slices
