Fusilli & Broccoli Pasta

1. Place the tomatoes in a large bowl and season with olive oil and salt 2. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water and add the broccoli florets for the final 4 - 5 minutes 3. While the pasta is cooking, fry the garlic and chilli pepper over a low heat. Cut the Leerdammer Original in cubes and set aside; drain the pasta and place it in a bowl together with all of the ingredients 5. Mix together and serve


  • 2 large tomatoes, diced

  • Sea salt 280g whole wheat fusilli pasta 280g broccoli, cut into florets

  • Olive oil 1 clove of garlic, chopped finely 1 chilli pepper, chopped finely

  • 225g Leerdammer Original Block
